Challenge:

To create a new product category for the company integrating its new consumable offerings.

Solution:

Provided ideation, design, and development of an Air Wick’s air freshener product that could be regulated and easily refilled by the consumer.

Overview

When Air Wick wanted to introduce a new product category within its collection of air fresheners, EGNYT conceptualized an electronic device that was small in stature and cost-effective to produce. The air freshener product came close to the codes of the perfume industry while maintaining high volume production at a low cost. A contemporary design was created for the air freshener device to appeal to consumers and refill changing was made as simple as possible. Air Wick received generous acceptance internationally with the product and has manufactured hundreds of millions of units of the air freshener to date.
